• Valid payment method details registered in your own name.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. v2world will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details confidential.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

v2world carries out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity document, proof of address, or other additional information at any stage of account use. Refusal to cooperate may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

v2world supports a range of payment methods to make it easy for users in Malaysia to deposit quickly and securely. Methods currently available are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. There is no maximum deposit limit set for accounts that have completed full verification. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within a short time.

4.2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

Any attempt to abuse the v2world bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

7 Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on v2world must be conducted in accordance with the rules set by our game providers and platform. Results displayed on the v2world system are final and binding, unless there is strong evidence of a confirmed technical error.

7.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure or service disruption during a game session, v2world will endeavour to restore the account to a fair position based on available transaction records. Refunds or compensation are subject to investigation on a case-by-case basis.

8 Acceptable User Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Termination

v2world reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of termination due to a breach, v2world reserves the right to withhold all balances associated with the fraudulent activity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and identity verification is complete.

10 Liability Limitations and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, v2world shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting.

Users acknowledge that online betting involves real financial risk. v2world provides the platform as a service and does not guarantee any winning outcome. All betting decisions are entirely the responsibility of the user.

11 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

v2world reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each amendment takes effect immediately upon being published on this website.
